1. Acceptance of your order:
We must receive payment of the price of the products and the delivery charges before we can accept your order. We reserve the right to restrict the number of products you may order and to refuse any order. If you have provided us with your email address you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order. This email is sent automatically and does not mean that we have accepted your order. We will notify acceptance of your order by sending an email to you stating that your order has been accepted and dispatched. Otherwise, our acceptance of your order takes place upon delivery of the products. Only when we have accepted your order is a binding contract created between us.
All orders are subject to availability. If the product ordered is unavailable then we will notify you ASAP where you will have the option of waiting for stock or a full refund.
IMPORTANT: Please check the item for any damage before signing as you are signing to receive the goods in perfect condition. If the item is damaged refuse to accept the item. UK Good Deals Ltd cannot be held responsible for any damage discovered after the item has been signed for. Please make sure you are available for delivery as this applies to any signature received.
2. Prices:
Our prices are set out on our website in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of United Kingdom-rated VAT where applicable. Prices remain in force until we publish new prices on our website. Delivery charges may apply and are displayed during the order process. Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, mistakes can sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as being cancelled. If the order is cancelled, we will refund any money that we have taken from you.
3. Content:
We have taken reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of the content on our website, however, in accordance with the applicable laws; we disclaim all warranties (express or implied) as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the material on our site.
If products we deliver to you are not as ordered or are damaged, defective or of incorrect quantity you should contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will replace the incorrect, damaged or defective products or make good the shortfall in quantity or, at our option, credit the price and delivery charges of those products to you. If you do not receive products ordered you should notify us within 7 days of the date of your order. We will deliver the products ordered or, at our option, credit the price and delivery charges of the non-delivered products to you, or if we have not accepted your order and have been unable to contact you, we will notify you of the reason for non-acceptance. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed to exclude or limit any rights you may have as a consumer to the extent that such liability and rights may not be excluded or limited under applicable statute or law.

5. Validity:
If any of these Terms and Conditions are not eligible it shall not affect the eligibility of the rest of these Terms and Conditions.
6. No Variation or Representation:
Nothing said by our sales staff shall amount to any variation of these terms & conditions or representation about the nature or quality of our products.
7. Third Party Rights:
We may transfer our rights under the contract, but otherwise nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall give any person who is not a party to the contract any benefit or any right to enforce any of the terms of the contract.
Your order and the formation of the contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law. The English Courts shall have jurisdiction to hear disputes between us.
Price Promise Policy:
UK Good Deals ltd offer a price promise whereby if you see the identical product elsewhere (other than our own promotions across our sites) including delivery and in stock then we will endeavor to match the price and where possible give you 10% of the difference on top! In order to take advantage of this offer you must show us where it is cheaper before you buy or within 7 days of purchase.
The price promise policy is done in good faith, but can be withdrawn and any time without notice. UK Good Deals ltd and its sister companies will make any decisions and their word will be final. This Policy is in place to ensure fair play and where we feel any malice has occurred it will not be honored.
Delivery Policy

1. All items (excluding parts) are sent by registered courier and will need a signature upon receipt.
2. Items can only be sent to the card holders registered address, we will not deliver to any other address
3. Orders placed before 12 Noon will be sent via next working day delivery but please allow up to 3 working days in the event of any delays.
4. Tracking details can be provided for most items. Please be aware that once an item is posted it is out our hands so we do not guarantee time of delivery because of this.
5. Any delivery prices quoted are for UK mainland only and surcharges will apply elsewhere in the UK (please contact us if you are unsure).
6. If delivery is refused a refund of the product minus the delivery charges will be made.
7. Please check the item for any damage which may have been caused during transit (cracked parts etc). You are signing to receive the item in good condition, in the rare event of it being damaged on arrival do not accept delivery.
8. In the event of any instruction given by you to the courier i.e. (leave behind house / leave with neighbour etc) are done so at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible.
Payment Options
To make purchasing from UK good deals limited as easy as possible we offer a wide range of payment options.
Credit of Debit card payments.
We accept payments via most major credit / debit cards via our secure online ordering system on the website or over the telephone by calling 01772 792 600. We can only post out to the card holders registered address.
Cheques / Bankers draft Payments
Unfortunately due to long processing times and fraud we no longer accept cheques or bankers draft as a payment method.
Bank transfers
We now accept a direct cash deposit or bank transfer as a payment option. Please follow the simple steps below to ensure a fast and hassle free transaction.

Payment must be received and cleared before the item will be dispatched. Please make sure you include a cover letter with your delivery, contact numbers and order details. Failure to do this will cause a delay in processing your order.
Warranty and returns policy
Warranty
All items (excluding those mentioned below) come with a 28 day return to base warranty. This excludes general wear and tear parts, misuse or damage caused by the user.
If a manufacturing fault occurs please re-package the item and return it to us complete with the invoice and a note stating the issues.
Helmets
As helmets are classed as safety equipment by law we cannot exchange or refund these. For this reason please ensure you have ordered the correct size and colour when payment is made. For manufacturing defects we offer a 28 day warranty.
Bikes and Quads
All bikes & quads (excluding road legal bikes) are sold with a 7 day return to base parts warranty as they are off-road track vehicles.
Warranty excludes general wear and tear parts and misuse.
Please call us if there is a problem, do not tamper with the item as any interference will invalidate the warranty. Road legal bikes and quads are as above but come with a 28 day period. Please note all off-road track vehicles are not road legal and can only be used on private land or dedicated tracks. They cannot be used on the road or on public land or areas.
UK Good Deals ltd will not be held responsible for any accidents or injury caused while using these items.
Returns Policy
Right of cancellation:
The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products.
The Item must not have been assembled or used and must be returned to us as new.

Notice must be received in writing to notify us of your intention to cancel the order, stating your reasons why, date of purchase and contact details. This can be done via fax or fax us on 01772 792411 or support@ukgooddeals.com
If you have already received the products you must carefully repackage and return them to us at the above address. We recommend you use a delivery service that insures the goods when returning items as until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them.
When making a return your original invoice must be included to show your proof of purchase.
Upon return the item will be inspected, if returned as new then a refund or exchange will be made minus any delivery costs incurred by us. We will refund any amounts due within 30 days of return.
Nothing in this Returns Policy affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
Please note by law we cannot accept any returns for helmets as they are classed as safety equipment. For this reason please make sure that you order the correct size and colour.
